My mom, Esther! Reflecting on amazing memories. Sharing what time we have. Processing the heartache trying to let go and say goodbye for now. This amazing woman is tired of fighting...but my heart breaks because I'm not ready to let her go! Writing my mother's obituary was hard, but I did it. I had the chance to read it and make sure it said everything she wants it to. I've written her a letter with everything I want to say and hope to read to her soon. I've helped my dad with calls for cremation services, and churches for memorial services. But man oh man...have I had a lot of really good cathartic tears.
