Evolve Teams offers modern leadership development that sets the tone for the new age of business. Over the course of our 6-week certification program, you’ll discover new skills and receive intensive group coaching that will help you lead your teams more intuitively and confidently.
With the help of your accountability coach, you’ll explore the Mires Method, a proven 7-step system for redefining leadership with an emphasis on acceptance and understanding. The Mires Method is based on the principle that you cannot be a successful leader until you first understand your team as individuals. By gaining a deep understanding of your team members and how they interact with others, you’ll be able to understand how others react to you and the impacts of human interaction at an organizational level.
Through taking a look at your team at a deeper level, reconnecting to the basics of team dynamics, and learning powerful new communication tools for a modern team, you’ll develop a holistic style of leadership that will resonate with you, your team, and your clients. Each module of the course builds upon the insights gained from prior modules, helping you develop a deeper understanding of who your team members are and how you want to lead.
