We have over 16 years of experience helping organizations, from non-profits to Fortune 500s to the government sector, streamline their leadership systems and processes. We know that you can have the best systems in place, but when you throw humans into the equation, the organization can fall apart. Similarly, you can have humans with the best knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies possible, but if the organization does not have the right systems, everything will fall apart.

Because of this, our founder, Dr. Erin Mires, created a powerful blueprint for Leadership Evolution that ensures individual leaders grow from understanding themselves to understanding their teams to understanding human interactions throughout an organization all while developing versatile and sustainable systems for success.

In addition to holding a PhD in Organizational Development & Leadership, Erin is an Air Force Veteran, a mother of 3 young children, and Founder & CEO of Evolve Coaching & Consulting. She empowers others to live their best lives by creating sustainable balance and global impact through coaching, consulting, workshops, and seminars. She is also the host of the empowering podcast “Leading with Intuition”.

 

Through Evolve, Erin offers her corporate and individual clients practical tools for success so they can enjoy fulfilling careers while leading balanced lives. Dr. Erin understands that when we are able to balance work-life integration and show up as our whole selves it allows us to be more fully present in all aspects of our lives including work, family, and community.
